Brussels, 06 December 2023 – Cosmetics Europe and the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) welcomed the provisional agreement between the European Parliament and the Council on the revision of the Regulation on the Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Chemical Substances and Mixtures (CLP), reached yesterday following the trilogue discussions.
