Creativity, Growth and Sustainability on the agenda as IFRA hosts Annual Meeting in Paris Creativity, Growth and Sustainability were on the agenda as IFRA hosted its second Annual Meeting in Paris from 7-9 November 2018.

At the Open Forum session, participants debated 'Scents of the Future and the Future of Scents' with the aid of futurist Bruno Marion.

Three panel debates discussed Growth and Trends in the industry - including a presentation on IFRA's forthcoming socio-economic analysis of the fragrance value chain; Sustainability - including an overview of the joint sustainability initiative soon to be launched by the fragrance and flavor industries; and Creativity.

A final panel brought together industry leaders to debate the future for the fragrance sector.

Participants at the Annual Meeting also took part in a regulatory and technical 'Knowledge Exchange' and a workshop on risk communication, and enjoyed a Gala Dinner with a piano performance by Prof Nuno Maulide of the University of Vienna.
